We've seen the scoreboard when Charizard is sent out against Greninja and everyone else is downed, so Goodra either loses to or ties with Bisharp. The rain going on in this scene has to be from Goodra's Rain Dance, so it seems more likely that they tie rather than Goodra losing and Greninja defeating Bisharp before Charizard is sent out since otherwise the rain would be active for a really long time.
