One of the earlier Pokemon ever made is Cubone, an entire "species" of creatures that all share the same backstory and personality of having their mothers mysteriously die and having the mother's skull perfectly fit around their head. I can't imagine ever being a Pokemon fan if things like Samurott upset you. But as always, >Unova bad, so the "problems" only ever apply when it comes to Gen 5 Pokemon.
