Explosion/Self-Destruct is now either a Physicla or Special move, depending on which attacking stat is higher for the Pokemon using the move. Combined with pre-Gen 5 Explosion mechanics (which now also halves Special Defense), Galvanise, and an increased Special Attack, this gives Electrode one of the most powerful Explosions in the entire game
