Dialga and Palkia are the worst goddamned legendaries. Every time they show up in the anime it's because they're fighting over some stupid shit and causing problems for creation. Every other legendary ends up being chill until someone fucks with them. Then they'll get aggro and blow shit up, but they don't have the power to distort space and time so it's generally manageable. Even Mewtwo was an asshole ONCE and then chilled out.
The alternate world thing raises a lot of questions at least. Blue Ash seemed to be similar to the mirror world Ash from XY that was a wimp, but it didn't seem like he and Blue Dawn knew each other. His ace was also Infernape, so I guess he just went on his journey in a different order and ended up in Sinnoh later. He also wasn't friends with Nega Goh and Koharu (hereafter known as Cooler Goh and Koharu) so maybe he was just too big of a pussy to make friends. Blue Dawn being a battler and winning second place at the Sinnoh League (as opposed to Ash's Top 4) made me laugh though.
