The dex entry: They travel in massive swarms looking for holes on the sea/lake floor to make homes in. They are small and coated in slime which harden once they are out of the water. They are very very delicate.
If someone decides to redraw this guy, the tail needs to be a bit bigger and maybe add some fins. A stat distribution should be pretty low and it's moveset akin to Goldeen.
