Ohmura's colors are usually very sharp and his outlines, compared to Sugimori's, is very clean. Also, he doesn't use too many light points and usually only make small points in clothes and hair.
A big difference, which is the most easy to spot, is the color of the shadow on human-skin, which is much more orange in color.
