>>21679223Hear me out, here. You see how mega-evolved Blaziken gets its Hidden Ability regardless of its previous ability? The same will happen with Greninja. That's how Protean will be showcased. That damn ability sounds like some Deus-Ex Machina kinda stuff in concept and in anime terms, and i doubt they would use it on Greninja itself. It'll most likely be used to make the Mega-Evo appear much more powerful, ESPECIALLY if the type change is visually showcased.
If they don't make it so M-Greninja's physiology reflects those Type changes, i'm gonna have to choke a bitch. That would be a wonder to see.
