All the detours made us take a while to reach. Let's recap what we've done. Crossed part of the mountain to travel to one city, a gym fight, climbed further up to reach another town, dealt with stuff there, climbed back down to deal with Terra. Assuming a few hours travel time between towns, this is maybe three or so days. At least Titania isn't starving and she has fresh water.
