here, take a look at what we have to deal with
http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Rock_%28type%29there are only TWO special rock type moves. both of which are hard to fit with some mons. mons that are mainly special attackers can't make use of moves like stone edge because they are physical moves, and thus are stuck with just these two.
and this is just the tip of the iceberg so to speak. educate yourself to the workings of mons and moves before deciding things like this
