The dress is literally just lines on a stub, and dont even get me started on that awful head. Literal ice "spikes" serve no benefit to it's design, other than saying "im an ice type". The mask makes it look like it has a fucking beak, and I vomit everytime I see that curly tip at the back of its head. Worst ice and ghost design.
