Effects:
-If given to a Pokémon that likes sour flavors out of battle, it will raise friendship.
-When held by a Non-Electric Pokémon, it's non priority moves gain +1 priority. At the start of each turn, the Pokémon has a 10% chance to be paralyzed.
-When held by a Electric Pokémon, it's attacking moves has a increased (by 10%) chance to paralyze the target(s) and restores 1/16 of the holder's maximum HP (rounded up) at the end of each turn.
