I found it. Op did base his minimap on the actual map. Except he used the default copy that was out there where Vert plaza was in the north of the map, however in XY and in our promo image Vert plaza and it's district are in the southeast.
And now I can absolutely prove it is a lie because the north indicator on the official gameplay at Wild area 1 points in a completely different direction from Rawflowza's minimap.
For such an elaborate leak to refer to the map for buildings and copy the UI, he didn't even bother to correct the orientation of the map.
