As I've said Registeel can utilize Curse/Amnesia to become a near unstoppable force in conjuction with iron head and rest to clear up pesky statuses. It requires more caution but it's almost impossible to lose if you get two or more curse boosts up and have significant amnesia as well.
Regirock can do the same but requires more caution.
If you want to use their HA's, Regirock is the only one who isn't absolutely gipped by his as Sturdy gives him a free sash. Using this you can reliably set up a Rock Polish/Weakness Policy to be able to do something back, but he's still not the best sadly. Sturdy isn't legal with Counter, unfortunately, but it's still the only HA the Regis have that's useful. Even then though Clear Body is probably better since Regirock is often 2HKO'd anyways due to his bulk and Clear Body prevents intimidate from ruining your attempt to sweep.
If you want to do WP on Regirock I recommend Rock Slide for more reliable accuracy or Stone Edge for power, Earthquake because ground and either Drain Punch for some recovery or Ice Punch because screw lando and gliscor.
