She appears around 1 for every 10 episodes.Bro she's almost an entirely different character from the one from the beginning of the series. Before the Milotic episode, she basically never smiled on screen. Now she's happy most of the time and really invested in her Pokémon instead of disinterested in them completely. She's definitely developed since her first appearance.
