Every single pair of box legendaries before them have had the same stat distribution, but in different orders.
Most of them, like Groudon and Kyogre, Reshiram and Zekrom, the Kyurems, Solgaleo and Lunala, and the Necrozmas, just switch physical and special stats. Xerneas and Yveltal have identical stats.
Dialga and Palkia just switch defense and special defense, and also switch HP and speed where there's only a 10 point difference.
Ho-oh and Lugia were the most uneven, with Ho-oh getting more focus on offenses while Lugia got more focus on defense and speed.
Zacian and Zamazenta have completely different distributions, with Zacian being minmaxed and Zamazenta being "balanced".
And they're both given abilities that multiply a stat, meaning that Zacian gets a greater benefit because the stat that it gets a multiplier to is bigger.
After the attack boost, Zacian has the equivalent of 279 attack, making its effective BST 829. After the defense boost, Zamazenta has the equivalent of 242 defense, making its effective BST 817.
