This is new, they seem to have included a few variables to this scene depending on your decisions in Darclight, if you go down the nice route while still exposing Flora, Florin does his best to defend his sister in court, Flora even seems much less of a bitch now, hell, she even shows compassion and tries to take her brother with her, I wonder if those relationship points I got with her also made a difference.
