A humanoid golem that starts with a small quadrupedal first form with a geyser on its back which will evolve into an upright behemoth composed of boulders and several geysers on its body.

Complete with a scarf and top hat, which in the dex description explains that they steal them from travelling humans, each snowman could have a different colour/size hat & scarf?
