The problem lies with the LoRA that's being used, and the fact that most artwork of Jenny features her in her trademark outfit, so it's still a crapshoot on whether the gen will come out the way you want it. I had the same issue with Joy, but for most of them I chose not to fight it too much unless it made no sense for her to have it.
The kimono ones were a mixed bag. Maybe 1/4 of the time she was wearing her police cap. I also had a couple that featured either an extra finger, or one less. The middle pic was an example of the former, but it was easy to photoshop out.
