Hydreigon was powerful as fuck as it was last gen, things need balancing. And even then sometimes it's not enough, like with Balance Mence.
Aside that, your stat distro is fine. Mega Launcher is powerful as fuck for dreigon and I like the idea.
Have what I thought was a pretty decent mega design, but maybe the arm heads should have their moths more open and made to more resembles cannons or guns of some kind.
