Great episode, 8/10. Nice to see Goh realize he’s lacking and attempting to be more proactive this episode. He was also frustrated that Tsurugi and Asahi had to save his ass at the end, which is also good. I couldn’t quite understand what Tsurugi was saying at the beginning, but we’ll have to see with subs. Having alternative villains who aren’t the Trial Mission target pokemon is nice as well. Overall I think this episode will be even better with subs as its dialogue heavy, but I don’t think my rating will increase.
