My best way to deal with marshadow was to have a rotom-wash and the EV config I had ended up being able to tank a 7-star smash or whatever and also a shadow sneak the turn after so I could get off a thunder-wave and then pain split 1 or 2 times then finish with either volt switch or hydro pump. altho choice band marshadow would probably be able to kill it with the 7-star thing but IDK.
