But it's a horrible Pokemon as a stand alone. That tongue cannot possibly fit in his mouth, or even his entire body. Because he can't physically contain it, he has to tie it around himself, practically strangling himself, to try to keep it out of the way to enable him to be a remotely competent fighter.
Picture this thing eating or talking. He has to shove food into this tiny slit around his awkward as hell tongue, and when speaking he talks with a retarded lisp as opposed to the dignified looking Pokemon it evolved from.
Move over Binacle, this thing is worst Pokemon of the gen.
