>>56150116That's not the reason either. The reason Yveltal is "one of the stronger legendaries" is entirely because it's the Landorus-T of box art legendaries. It's a gluemon that can fit on any team that gives you an immunity to the plethora of overpowered Psychic types in the tier.
Even then, it's only ever really relevant when Fairy types aren't dominating the tier. If Xerneas is everywhere, Yveltal disappears from usage stats. Ho-oh fulfills a lot of the same roles as Yveltal while having Regenerator, though Yveltal is still more splashable since it has U-turn and Knock Off.
