Does anyone have experience with recovering a Trainer Club account? I signed up again a few months ago with
[email protected] (notice the plus sign, did it because my account I made when the game first came out got banned for spoofing). When I go to recover password, it says:
>Unable to find an account using the provided information. Are you a Pokémon GO player? If so, you may have signed in with your Google account.I'm 100% certain I'm using the correct email and in-game username, but the plus sign is fucking their shit up I think. If I try to make a new trainer club account with that email, it says it already is in use, so obviously it's correct... and I'm certain I didn't use Google login, as my Google login account is banned as mentioned before.
So what to do guys? Ticket won't help, they'll give an automated response about using password recovery (which doesn't work), or in worst case they'll ban me for making a new account even though I've played 100% legit on it, zero spoofing or anything. help
