The cranky and snooty neighbours were a lot ruder to you in Wild World than they were in New Leaf- they really toned them down. You also had to work a lot harder in WW to win your villagers over than in NL, which wasn't actually too bad- I could never keep a normal villager in my WW town since they took so much work to make them like you. I was a bit sad to lose the "genuinely rude" cranky, seeing as winning them over was so worthwhile, but I don't mind the NL tsundere-style one.
I like my home's location a lot, but I wish it was about 2 paces to the left (or that the coastline was slightly differently shaped), so I know I want to tweak that when I can.
I will probably move all my buildings, though. I just dumped them wherever, knowing I could move them later. I don't know where I DO want them to be, but hey.
