In an absolutely bizarre game design decision, the odd keystone we received in

Instead we have to take it to the completely unrelated guy back in polaris who gives you an unown in the first place and he gives you the proper odd keystone which does work
You can get a Spiritomb from this but obviously we're using it on Unown
