We need complete data though, helping frequency and estimated skill trigger rate. Having 18 carry limit is a nice advantage though, Wigglytuff gets 13, Gardevoir gets 18.
The ingredients are cacao / milk / eggs which doesn't set it apart from Sylveon much, but it's a good spread for an OGPP user, or just adding a little diversity compared to say, Wigglytuff's Honey / Oil / Cacao.
I bet finding Pawmi is gonna be a pain in the ass though, like finding a good Ralts at Lapis Lakeside.
