I'm surprised people are complaining about the nurses and shit, Unova had some really fucking long routes/caves. The Nurse outside Pinwheel Forest for example was really welcome because that route outside Pinwheel stretched for ages, and every Pokemon inside Pinwheel Forest had some form of status. Plus its not like the heals were always handed to you for free either, the Doctor in Charge Stone Cave, for example, is very deep in to the point where you're on your 10th trainer fight and the nearest Pokecenter is a massive walk away.
