>>44766393The day that gym closed I had finally hit a PR of 405 on squat. I was kinda proud desu after I had struggled to get depth on 385 for a while. I was getting full depth and feeling gud then shit closed. Now I'm struggling with 275lb squat and 405lb deads. I have to get in the right mind set to get them too. It's insane, but I see my ability strength coming back even after a week. I picked up long distance running during quarantine so that also didn't help with muscle retention when I was running marathons weekly.
