So far Im liking x/y, but I need you to tell me something: will I be able to migrate my pokemon for free? From the DS lite to the XL.

A bit off topic, but I could use some recomend on XL games. Bought it for the upcoming smash bros, fire emblem, zelda and kid ikarus, but I could always be missing something.

I think hating pokemon is like hating a pitbull fighter instead of its owner. The only thing that upsets me is the metagame itself, so I'd rather play with fun rules, like using [trainer]'s pokemon, using only fat pokemon and that sort of thing. It keeps things interesting without the need for hyperbeam everything.
