Overall, good concept with a good design that's actually good in battle, too. Best Pokemon a Bird Trainer could ask for.

This entire family, from the moment Fletchling was shown in pre-release. I've loved the various Flying-type Pokemon throughout the years, but this is the best yet in my opinion. Adorable first form, well-designed, non-awkward transitional evo, and an impressive final form, in both appearance and battle prowess. They strike me as a suitable bro Pokemon, with all three stages feeling very much like a traveling/battling partner.
