Well, both pokemon have the same hp, speed defense and special defense. The only different is gallade's attack stat. He'd have a major advantage there alone, as both pokemon's physical resistance is garbage. Gardevoir could exploit this as well with psyshock for neutral damage, but a poison jab from gallade would end it instantly.
Just from looking at this alone, it all comes down to who RNG let's move first.
