Evs are meant to guarantee 3 hyper voices from specs modest sylveon, while also resisting 3 rock slides from max atk adamant terrakion and scarfed landorus. If it chooses belch over sludge bomb it can 2 hit ko sylveon while also outspeeding it (both have 80 base speed but i heard some players add 12 speeds evs to their nymphias), but can also go well with black sludge without any problem. Heatran pretty much fucks up this set.
I'm kind of new at VGC since the only thing I've played with this format was a nice tournament that was held here at /vp/ last year, so all opinions are welcome.
