>>20315618Yeah, as a kid I found Ash/Misty/Brock to be a funny group. Iris was just annoying though, but I've said in the past that it was a problem with the writing of BW in general because they ran every joke they had into the ground.
I think what some people can't accept is that the show is never going to be OS again, because of a combination of factors, but most important is that the franchise is a worldwide hit and they want to avoid anything that might be controversial. OS had quite a few Japanese-culture moments that had to get censored, so Pokemon is going to be a wholesome family show by worldwide standards. Other shows like Crayon Shin Chan get to keep being as risque as they want.
