>>44966960>>bottlecaps invalidate IVsNot until they don't need the stupid level 100 requirement. Camp/Amie should max out IVs instead of giving the bonuses it does.
>Vitamins now invalidate EVsNo they don't, getting them is an incessant grind fest and you already need to go through the E4 20+ times to grind for the clothes in base game with MEOW MEOW MEOW.
Super Training invalidated EVs better and had a better interface as well as actually let you reset EVs for free.
>You can brainwash your Pokémon with mints, invalidating NaturesAgain, not even the bad thing. They should have overhauled natures way back in gen 4 and have it so you acclimate your Pokemon to a certain nature by feeding it specific foods instead of making curry cooking pointless.
>Ability patch now invalidates HAsThey were already invalidated as soon as Dream World stopped being a thing. They're just admitting that they don't care to put a thought into these games at all.
Every Pokemon should be trainable to get to a certain condition without retarded grinding. If they cared to use the idea for making Amie/Cooking minigames useful then it would even tie into competitive and truly make it feel like the Pokemon you bonded with are the strongest ones.
