The move only existed on a frail shitmon with a lower base Speed than Talonflame. Lycanroc would not have functioned as a counter, since if it tried switching in it would get 2HKOed by priority CB Brave Bird before it could get off a single Accelerock. Tapu Lele, meanwhile, could come in for free on a Gale Wings Brave Bird and Choice Scarf variants could then OHKO with Psychic in Gen VII's Psychic Terrain.
