Is there any market for an Emerald 386 hack? I feel like I'm in a shitty middle ground between "only change Pokemon and trainer loadouts" and "full original region" that would be off-putting to the actual playerbase. I'm doubting if it's worth the effort of finishing the hack when I have other shit I could be doing instead. And while I'd like to make a cool hack, I don't think I have the motivation/autism to make a more original one.
I know this post is a little pathetic, but fuck it I'm posting it anyway. This thing's been sitting on my back burner for like 8 months now and I either want to get back to it or put a bullet in its head for good.
