New move Conversion 3 added. APPENDS type to match users first move. ie Thunderbolt in first slot leads to Normal/Electric type, Ice Beam to Normal/Ice, Shadow Ball to Normal/Ghost, etc.
This is mostly to compensate for the loss of flexibility Z-Conversion once gave, and also retain the Porygon line's identity as has having programmatically convertible properties. I think it works well without being too overbearing. No stat changes needed.
