BW is terrible:
-Terrible, terrible intro.
-Laughable story (as in, "wait, you're seriously TRYING?")
-Wasted the graphical update on said story intead of a beautiful, big and explorable region.
-Annoying walls of text delivered by the most obnoxious characters.
-Most of the music tacks were either short and loopy or outright annoying (I hate the one in Nimbasa, Elesa's city, the most). Accumula's is one of the best tracks and it's so early on that it makes the rest unimpressive.
-Being locked into using only new pokémon is a terrible waste of the other 493. I liked how Platinum had a good balance of old and new.
-The C-Gear, White Forest, Triple Battles, Musicals, Dream World and the "Pal Park" were all terrible features or badly implemented.
-Repeats a lot of goofs from Gen I for the sake of nostalgia which is disappointing after Platinum and HGSS were all about fixing previous mistakes.
-Introduced Melloetta, which is Gardevoir for hipster waifufags but looks even worse (really, how the fuck can you fap to that?), and N.
BW2, on the other hand, does the opposite of most of the above and is a pretty good experience.
Those are my opinions.
