With swift movements, Frogadier hops out of the way of each Air Slash that comes for him. Spotting an opportunity, he hops in front of an approaching slash and spews out an Ice Beam.
Against all odds, the slash actually freezes and drops to the ground as if it were a blade. With a joyous croak, Frogadier snatches it and uses it to wave to you, "Frogaaaaaaaa!"
You wave back, "Alright! Cool! Sling it back at him!"
But he can't do it outright, not at surface level, Moltres is too high up in the air for that to happen. In order to reach him, the frog hops into one of his own water pillars, and well, he goes for a little ride.
"Frooooooooooooooooo!~"
The pillar shoots Frogadier upward. Once he reaches the top, he hops from pillar to pillar to get even closer to the firebird before flinging the frozen Air Slash. The sharp, clear-cut slash zooms in on Moltres from behind.
"M-Moooooooooooooltre!"
Moltres' Fire Spin shield initially appears to be an issue, but it's actually no big deal. Upon making contact with the barrier, the slash melts, its frozen-form unable to bear such wild heat levels, it then slices itself into the shield and into Moltres, who painfully caws inside his fiery guard.
Lysandre isn't pleased by your intriguing strategies, "Despicable. Am I supposed to sit here and accept that that was somehow a fair hit? Well, if you insist.. Moltres! Hurricane! I want that frog torn limb from limb!"
