>Gen 7
It has it's own charm, some really awful like all three starters and good designs, like Mimikyu, or the ultra beasts. Story is okay by itself, but it moves a such a massive crawl I can't even replay it, the first island is really short with no real deviation, and it's all a tutorial, along with the second one, the third isn't as bad but Lillie still get's in your way and won't shut the hell up, Hau isn't a rival, he's just a guy, also USUM is a waste of money
>LGPE
Didn't buy it, not buying anything Kanto unless they actually change it in some meaningful way, or if it has another region attached to it. Also only limited to gen 1 Pokemon no cross evo's it's truly Pokemon game I would be unable to get enjoyment from, Kanto already get's kinda stale when I only have 151 Pokemon to use.
>Gen 8
Looks bellow average in every aspect, Pokemon, Gameplay, and graphics, We got a real dex cut, and we got nothing else it return for this massive replayability cut, new gimmick looks like tacked on like Z moves, will probably have little to no post game, Fallowing pokemon gone despite it being in LGPE and already having free roaming pokemon(I don't care what you say, I like having my bromon fallow me like were actually part of a team) I'm overall not really looking to even buy /SS/ unless it shows me something that would actually get a long time fan interested, but this cuts, I don't think anything can make up for it, maybe the 3rd version if it happens will be good.
Recent events have burned me out, I used to hate /SS/ but now I really don't care.
Hopefully Pokemon doesn't really go into a Sonic dark age, but I can really see it happening, despite the bashing of /SS/ I really do love this franchise and I want it to grow, but if I have to stop playing it for the chance that will be fixed, then so be it, Hopefully I'll join you guys next gen, but as of right now I want a more out of my games, and I'm not going to settle with mediocrity anymore.
