here's another instance of rinrin and proto-cyndaquil very close to one another. honooguma also appears in teddiursa's scratchpad, although borubeaa and dainabea appear constantly alongside quilava and typhlosion.
what I'm saying is that it's an alternate design for larvitar for all you know.
