Trying to come up with logic to help you remember type weaknesses gets kinda tough when you get to the more whimsical Types. Fighting is strong against Rock because punches break rocks, Fire is strong against Steel because fire melts steel. Easy enough. Fighting is strong against Normal because... fighters are stronger than normal people? And Fighting is strong against Dark, because... I've got nothing.
