I got invested into the series heavily during Gen 6, and I chose Froakie right out the gate before we found out what the final evos were. I like Greninja and all but starting out with the most popular Pokemon in the world right now is lame as fuck. Frogadier is a real bro.

Dragon types are kinda overrated. I wish we got more non-Dragon pseudo legendaries cause seeing a category of strong Pokemon based off of only lizards is boring. Tyranitar would've been my choice here if it wasn't for Steel/Psychic being a badass type combo.
