A kind anon once drew it way better than I could ever hope to, but certain parts of it design wise I didn't particularly like the head, but it was way cooler than mine and I wanted to redraw it more in my style and my old design. He's a cloud jellyfish, with sort of like Reinculus style transparency, so I just made that evident at parts.
