You can also consider Cradily and try to hit back with Rock Slide or Stone miss provided Cradily is bulky enough to survive a hit
For Bug all I can really think of is Mega Pinsir and hope to god Quick Attack goes first. I don't know how it works between these two prio users.
Genesect may be able to take a brave bird and hit back with Tbolt
For fighting, Lucario gets Espeed
Terrakion also exists
And of course Sash'd anything should do the trick.
