>During your next turn, this Pokémon can't use Blaze Blitz.like scyther does. all of these cards were released in temporal forces, so we can't attribute it to them updating the wording of the cards. instead, it specifically refers to gouging fire leaving the active position. why is that the case? weirder still, mew ex can even use blaze blitz twice in a row (official japanese ruling here:
