Though I personally spent a proper amount of time per question I also really don't care about the end plot since ~80% of shit I want in the game is just side quest and rival stuff, I could see where some people might just look for one or two key plot points they're concerned about being in the game then vote accordingly.
not trying to excuse people who rushed the end of the survey (my plot wasn't at the front btw), but disqualifying voters who spent less time per question than others isn't the way to go about things.
