From Trish dying while trying to False Swipe Wraith, Mahira getting a low roll Surf on two Excadrill and running into a trainer with a Scrafty that was a couple of levels above everyone on the team just to name a few. I also missed three captures due to crits, which were a Drifblim, a Pinsir and a Marill.
Regarding the current team; Chester and Momoko have reached their final movesets, and Bow was an unexpected team member that I had to emergency train from level 9 until she caught up to the rest. Zoso was my Route 14 catch, a pretty tough catch for some reason. He went down after paralyzing Drayden's Haxorus, but that was the key to victory since Haxorus had done one Dragon Dance already. I also finally gave Ginny and Cogs a chance, moving forward they'll hopefully be useful. Cogs was the one to finish off Haxorus so he's already proving himself in battle.
I'm not sure who to put in from the bench now that I have free spot. Vikala has proven to be useful since I got her in Castelia, but at this point in the run anything can one shot her. Durango and Knives seem like interesting choices. Peri is Modest nature, so she has a lot of potential as another special sweeper. Who should I put into the team now?
