A well designed frame (something designed based on a typical motorcycle chassis) with a couple of these bad boys in it would be able to not only hold a person, but lift them from a seated position... admittedly at a really slow pace, but regardless. Would probably need to design some kind of lever or pully system to be able to lift from all angles, but it's not impossible. Throw in some mechanical locks to stand at idle, and a couple of commercially available space heaters at a couple pounds each, and all that's left is to add the details.
